SocialChain
SocialChain initially approached us for our design consultancy services. They were in the process of undergoing a rebrand due to their acquisition by Brave Bison and sought our expertise. After an initial phase of providing feedback and creative ideas, we were awarded the contract for their brand identity and website design.
The crux of our challenge was to create an identity that seamlessly fused the heritage of SocialChain with the present and future vision of Brave Bison.
We began by crafting a bespoke logotype that bore a resemblance to Brave Bison's own, but with carefully considered visual distinctions. For instance, we designed custom shapes for the dots in the logotype's ‘i’s’, mirroring the 16:9 format to symbolise the world where SocialChain's expertise lies. These distinctive shapes became a recurring motif throughout the entire identity, appearing in elements such as image framing and animated transitions.
To further enhance the brand, we introduced a vibrant and contemporary colour palette. This palette was thoughtfully selected to represent SocialChain's core values: Listen, Learn, and Connect. Additionally, we implemented specific guidelines for photography to ensure a cohesive visual identity. In addition to this we created various visual assets optimised for the 9:16/16:9 format, which aligns with the digital landscape that SocialChain actively engages in.

The Shark Trust x Jimmy Higgs
In this short micro-doc, we explore James’ childhood and how his creativity and interests have manifested in producing stylised artwork of marine life, specifically various species of shark. That art has lead to a collaboration with the Shark Trust (the UK’s leading shark charity dedicated to the conservation of sharks, skates, rays and chimaeras) in order to produce clothing that raises both money and awareness to support their vision: A future where sharks thrive within a globally healthy marine esosystem. You can visit www.sharktrust.org to understand more about the threats and challenges facing these beautiful and often misunderstood creatures.

AKT II | The Twist
In our collaboration with AKT II, we travelled to Kiestofos Sculpture Park in Jevnaker Norway to produce a short piece showcasing The Twist - a unique structure situated between scenic forested riverbanks. The Twist functions as both a crossing over the Randselva River and as an indoor exhibition space used to showcase contemporary artwork. Somewhat unique to this film was the desire to push in a different creative direction to our previous collaborations with AKT II. With the majority of the previous films set within cityscapes and urban environments, The Twist project allowed us to showcase a unique structure with impressive design and function amongst the Norweigan countryside. As a result, the cinematography evokes elegant sensibilities versus an energetic aesthetic. Sound recordings of the river and surrounding area were used to create a soundscape to immerse the viewer in the location. Finally, a celluloid film-inspired colour grade was carried out, complimenting the green and brown shades on display.

Sobry Beak
We embarked on an immersive journey to rebrand Sobry Beak, commencing with a comprehensive discovery session and in-depth research. This enabled us to delve into the company’s essence and industry, laying the foundation for our creative process. Through internal and external surveys, we workshopped a number of potential names, gauging their resonance among diverse audiences. Embracing the same guiding principles, we crafted an identity that seamlessly blended profound meaning with a sleek, minimal aesthetic.
In addition to shaping the brand’s identity, we curated Sobry Beak’s distinctive ‘House Style’ and ‘Tone of Voice,’ culminating in a concise style guide. This comprehensive resource serves as a compass for the brand’s communication strategy, ready to be distributed to crucial property listing platforms like Rightmove.
In the digital realm, we equipped Sobry Beak with various assets, establishing a commanding presence across social media platforms. Furthermore, we designed and developed a fully bespoke website tailored to their unique needs, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
As the properties commenced construction, we transitioned into creating a range of print-based collateral. This included crafting sales brochures that captivated potential buyers, designing building site hoardings that were respectful to the surrounding area, and developing intuitive wayfinding assets to guide visitors through the development.
Our comprehensive approach ensured that Sobry Beak was equipped with a cohesive brand presence, both in the digital landscape and the physical realm. From captivating visual elements to engaging online platforms and tangible collateral, we left no stone unturned in our mission to elevate Sobry Beak’s image and resonate with its discerning audience.

QCS Techniques
Building upon a highly promising brand workshop, we meticulously crafted a bespoke identity for QCS Techniques. At the core of the brand stood an iconic logo mark, skilfully formed from the titular letters, paying homage to the motorsport industry it serves.
With the visual identity components finalised—including the colour palette, typography, iconography, and photography— we seamlessly integrated them into various print collateral, the website, and the software itself. Additionally, we developed compelling brand messaging and tone of voice. To establish a strong online presence, we created social media templates to cover multiple pillars on an array of platforms.
As a final touch, we produced captivating videos to showcase the software’s functionality on the website, engaging potential customers in an immersive manner. Furthermore, a second video featuring overlay motion graphics served as an intuitive step-by-step guide for new users, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Anti-Plastic People
view project

Anti-Plastic People
Anti-Plastic People is a not-for-profit community interest company that promotes a 360° strategy to tackle single-use plastic pollution.
Anti-Plastic People was born out of frustration towards the public backlash to UK government’s implementation of the 5p Carrier Bag Charge in October 2015, and the counterintuitive response by Britain’s largest supermarkets.
Their mission evolved from a simple idea for a range of alternatives to single-use plastic products – starting with canvas shopping bags, flasks and water bottles – to promoting a 360° strategy to tackle single-use plastic pollution.
At Rev.01, our mission was to craft an identity capable of resonating with a diverse and extensive community, all united by a singular vision: a planet that's cleaner and healthier. Our design approach involved encapsulating the logo in a versatile frame, designed to be easily extracted and applied across both digital and print materials, effectively emphasising key points of significance.
The chosen colour palette draws inspiration from the ocean, featuring multiple shades of blue meticulously sampled from imagery of the sea. To create a striking contrast, we introduced an intensely unnatural, luminous green. This vivid hue symbolises the very single-use plastics that the Anti-Plastic People are passionately committed to eradicating.
